Simple tricks to keep your cupboards mould free

Have you got cupboards that are stuffed with your things which you hardly use? Are moulds destroying your cupboard and the things in it? Here are a few tips with which you can keep your cupboard mould free-

1. Keep your cupboard in a bright and sunny place. Make sure that the room in which it is placed has ample exposure to sunshine and fresh air. Moulds love moist and damp places.

2. Open your cupboard and let the air circulate in and out. Keep your cupboard open for very hours at the interval of a few days instead of always keeping it under lock.

Office Visit: Found Associates in London

This Notting Hill townhouse remodel by London-based Found Associates (Remodelista A+D Directory members) involved stripping the houses interior back to a mere shell and lowering the basement floor (at one point, the architects say, one could stand in the mud at the bottom of the house and look straight up to the roof). The owner of the house happens to be Jamie Theakston, a UK media personality described by the London Times as an “aspiring interiorista”; working closely with Found, Theakston created warm, personality-filled interiors outfitted mostly with midcentury finds from eBay.

Bedrooms: French-inspired from master to kids

This Willow Glen home is lovely and sophisticated, with French-inspired crisp linen neutrals throughout the downstairs living spaces. But it was the bedrooms upstairs that I loved the most, from the elegant master suite to the charming and whimsical girls’ bedrooms — one in pink and one in orange.
